Both Gas Engineers.
I only presume they are brothers. There appears to be no evidence of who they are before or after this census.
There are certainly no records in Lambeth for the ages stated and I can not find any GRO index elsewhere which may suggest who they are ?
There is a James Brooks born c.1864 born Lambeth in the 1901 Census in Wales a Labourer and again in the 1911 census born c.1863 born Lambeth.
