  Notes	It appears Thomas Bell has been taken into the care of Edward and Barbara Bell - I am unaware of any relationship. Researchers are suggesting he is Thomas Lowther born 1862 Carlisle son of Charlotte Lowther 1871 Census it does state Thomas Bell born in Carlisle. Marriage cert states Edward Bell as father. I have seen the birth certificate for Thomas Lowther and date of birth is infact the same as the 1939 Register. I am told descendants do have AT DNA Matches with other descendants of Charlotte Lowther via another son ?
