Pursuant to the Trustee Act, 1925.
ALL persons having any claims against the estate
of William Edward Burrill late of 1 Beatty Avenue
in the city and county of Newcastle-upon-Tyne
Printers Furnisher (who died on the 9th day of
March 1941 and to whose estate probate of his Will
was granted out of the Newcastle-upon-Tyne District
Probate Registry on the 18th day of April 1941
to Charles Cuthbert Thompson the surviving executor
named in the said Will) are hereby requested to
send particulars thereof to us the undersigned on or
before the nth day of August 1941 after which date
the executor will proceed to wind up the said estate
having regard only to the claims of which he shall
then have received notice.—Dated this 6th day of
June 1941. ^
