They did try and link to the Darnbrook family but this was in error as we have evidence of them still in the area after this branch left for Canada.
I have not yet seen any documentary evidence to support this ?
DNA wise they do pick up matches from others who have ancestors in Nidderdale and others in Knaresborough we do know Farm Labourers from the Nidderdale area often did leave towards work in the Thirsk Area.
