- Stanley R Brooks does not appear to exist before his Marriage.
Ancestry trees have in error connected him to a family from Brighton this is not correct.
When Stanley applied for his pension [assumingly not knowing who he was] the DHSS gave him in error birth details for the man in Brighton who had died in 1966.
1939 give a date of birth as 2nd October 1907 - the date of birth at death is not correct as stated above.
It is assumed the October date of birth may also be incorrect.
Marriage he does give a name of father at Marriage but believe this is also not correct and a name just made up.
There is some family Oral history of his childhood in London.
