Anderson versus Elsworth.
This was a bill filed by persons claiming as devisees under a Will, dated in January 1843 made by Mrs Elizabeth Marston late of Kearby with Netherby deceased, to set aside a deed executed by her in January 1859, whereby she gave all her estate to her Niece the Defendant Mary Elsworth at whose house at Harrogate Mrs Marston was living at the time she executed the deed and where she continued to reside untill her death in January 1860.......................more..............................
The deed was set aside and a voluntary deed was made as is the one i have obtained for 1861.
At present i do not have copies of the original Will or the deed dated 1859.
