- Near this place lieth the body of Richard Burrill of Colthouse who departed this life June 3rd 1799 age 63 years. Also near this Place lieth the body of John Burrill of Longside who departed this life May 11th 1819 aged 52 years [The poor, the rich, the conquorer and slave Must all become the tenants of the Grave]. Also Elizabeth the wife of John Burrill who died at Brass Barns May 20th 1856 aged 86.
